How can a concierge service help me? 

Frontline Concierge was designed to create more time and/or balance by providing assistance with the management of daily, personal, and professional tasks or "to-do" lists.  This is accomplished by arranging, planning, coordinating, and organizing a wide range of services.  We act as your exclusive personal assistant. Who uses Frontline Concierge

Business professionals are not the only people who need Frontline Concierge.  You may have general, ongoing requirements, but unexpected or emergency situations, last-minute gatherings where Uncle Pete comes into town unexpectedly, or you name it!  Everyone can use Frontline Concierge to help get anything done!  Our clients include executives, working families and couples, people recovering from surgery or illness, small business owners, new parents, frequent travelers, single parents, seniors, travelers to the South Bay area of Los Angeles, corporations, realtors, and hopefully, You!

How much do you charge?
A flat-rate minimum of one hour is charged at $35.00 for any and all services.  Additional time is billed incrementally at 15 minutes.  Premium rates of $45.00 apply for weekends and $55.00 for Holidays are offered on an "as available" basis.  Our pre-paid Retainer Packages are offered at a discount.  All jobs requiring two people (i.e., moving furniture) are billed at double time. 

How do I get started with your service? 

If you are interested in a complimentary consultation, complete the Client Profile Form and submit it online.  You will receive a response within 24 hours to schedule a complimentary consultation.  You may call us directly at 310.991.7688.   At our initial consultation, we will establish whether you prefer to set a weekly appointment or request service as needed.  Either way, you can contact us with a new request by phone, 310.991.7688 or, email, contact@frontlineconcierge.com.

If I decide to utilize Frontline Concierge, what paperwork will need to be completed?   

Paperwork we will need includes the Client Profile Form, Service Agreement, and credit card information for internal use on file.  

Am I locked into a long-term contract? 

Frontline Concierge has a Service Agreement that covers all the options; one-time service or ongoing Retainer Packages at discounted rates.

How do I pay for my services? 

We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards through our business PayPal account.  Payment is due upon completion of your request for hourly or a la carte services (see Rates & Packages).


Will my credit card be charged as a deposit? 
No.  We will only charge your credit card if we do not receive payment for services rendered upon completion.


Third-Party Services: 

Third-party services require an advance deposit by cash, check, or credit card deposit.  We will pay for any purchases first from the deposit.  You may also fill out a Credit Card Authorization form for purchases you wish us to make for you.  If the purchase is higher than the deposit, differences between approximated and actual expenditures will be settled as needed.  You may also transefer money from your PayPal account to the Frontline Concierge PayPal account or the cost of services and/or the cost of expenditures can be deducted from your Retainer account balance.  Frontline Concierge provides all receipts, detailed invoices, and clear account statements.

Is Frontline Concierge bonded and insured? 

Yes, Frontline Concierge is bonded and insured.

Does Frontline Concierge have verifiable references?   

Yes!  Frontline Concierge is happy to furnish you with references.

Do you charge for mileage?

No.  We do not charge for mileage.  Our fees are straight-forward and there are no extra or hidden charges.

 

What if I need last-minute assistance? 
We prefer advance notice of at least 24 hours for scheduling, but we will do our best to take care of you. After all, we are your Exclusive Personal Assistant!

Local Service Area:  We serve 1) West Los Angeles and, 2) the South Bay region of Los Angeles: El Segundo, Hermosa Beach, Long Beach, Manhattan Beach, Rancho Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, Rolling Hills Estates, San Pedro, and Torrance.

 

Extended Service Area:  Any order outside the Local Service Area requires a two-hour minimum charge.
